Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born February 22, 1983. She is an American comedian and actress. She was the winner of 2008 on the NBC show Last Comic Standing. She became the host of Separation Anxiety and the syndicated dating show Excused.

 Shlesinger hosted Truth & Iliza in a late-night talk show on Freeform in 2017. She has six Netflix comedy specials. Her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show premiered on Netflix in April 2020.

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born into a Jewish family from New York City. [6] She was born in the city of New York to a Jewish family. The family relocated to Dallas as an infant. She went to the private Greenhill School in Addison, Texas where she was a student of Spanish as well as participated in the school's improvisation team.

 Shlesinger appeared on ComedySportz Dallas and was a freshman at the University of Kansas. She was also a participant in Semester at Sea. Then she was accepted to Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts. Here she majored film. There she worked on her editing and writing skills as well as was a part of Jimmy's Traveling All Stars, a comedy sketch group for students on campus.

 After graduation from college, Shlesinger moved to Los Angeles to pursue stand-up comedy. She was among the most well-known performers of the Whiteboy Comedy troupe of standup comedians from Los Angeles. It brought her to The Improv in Hollywood.
